Dates of course – May 26 and 27, 2012

Location of course – to be determined

Deadline to apply – April 20, 2012

Criteria that must be met:

• Must have experience in refereeing, a minimum of 5 years

• Completed application and application fee of $50

• Referee Resume

• Vulnerable Sector Check from local police station.

• DRC letter of reference and approval

OSA Referee Instructor Course

Deadline to apply – April 30, 2012

Criteria to apply:

• Must have been at minimum a District Referee for 5 years

• Must have a minimum of 10 years refereeing experience

• Preferred, but not mandatory, to have an instructing background

• Completed application and application fee of $100

• Referee Resume
