Southwest Soccer will be hosting an online workshop to learn about the Ontario Soccer's updated Code of Conduct and Ethics policy (Appendix B1) and how to handle complaints occurring within the jurisdiction of a soccer organization and are outside the Ontario Soccer’s discipline process.

NOTE: Prior to the workshop, please review the Code of Conduct and Ethics policy and if you have any questions,  please submit them via email to office@swrsa.ca by no later than Friday, April 30th, 2021 at 5pm.

This workshop should be attended by club/academy board members and staff that will be involved in handling complaints.  Although it is not mandatory to attend,  Southwest Soccer highly recommends participation out of an abundance of importance to club/academy operations.
