This survey will allow Ontario Soccer to gain relevant insights and valuable ideas from every level of soccer in Ontario, including members of Districts, Clubs, Academies and the players and families that they service.

The survey will take no more than 10-15 minutes, and will allow all participants a chance to enter to win an exclusive Ontario Soccer prize pack, which includes apparel, gift cards and more.

Questions will pertain to demographics, programs and services, brand, partnerships, insurance and communications.

All areas of the survey will help improve multiple areas of Ontario Soccer’s current and future offerings as well as assist us with assessing specific initiatives of our current strategic plan that expires after 2018.

Access to the survey opens today and will conclude Dec. 7, 2019.

Anyone and everyone, who is involved in soccer in Ontario in some capacity is encouraged to participate and have their say.

Ontario Soccer is seeking the assistance of the Districts to share the information with the Clubs and Academies, so that all of their members are able to participate and share their opinions.
