IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING DISCIPLINE BY REVIEW PROCESS (DBR)

Effective immediately, the following change has been made to the Discipline by Review Process:

After receiving a red card at a game, the accused has 4 days to contact Rick Noakes at  the SWRSA office to request a hearing in writing except in cases of O.S.A. Misconduct Type 1.3, 1.5 and 1.6. Otherwise, the red card will be processed by Discipline by Review (DBR) and cannot be appealed. The Request for a Hearing form is posted on our website.

The request for a hearing must be accompanied with the Discipline Hearing Fee of  $85.00 (cash or cheque).  If found not guilty, the fee will be refunded.
