Effective Immediately Syed Mohammed Memorial Futsal Club (SMMFC) is no longer sanctioned by SWRSA / OSA. SMMFC also operates under the title of KW City Soccer. 

District League Announcement

As per the notice provided at our 2014 AGM; SWRSA will no longer be outsourcing the District League and will be bringing operations in-house. The league will be governed in accordance with OSA Procedure 16.8.1 and 16.9.1; run directly by its District Association under the supervision of a League Executive Committee appointed by the District Association. 

SWRSA and SWRSL are currently working together to address concerns and complete the transition.

Details pertaining to the League Executive Committee and the appointment process will be released in coming weeks once the newly elected SWRSA Board of Directors have the opportunity to meet.

Membership Renewal

Membership Renewal - As per Rule 1.16 members must renew membership on a form provided by the district association prior to the AGM. Required documents for submission and payment ($55.00) are identified on such form. A late fee of $100.00 will be charged to clubs that fail to renew membership prior to the AGM.

SWRSA publishes the information of all parties required to attend regularly scheduled discipline hearings along with the rights of the accused. The primary method of notification is provided on this website. A courtesy letter / email will also be issued to the club and league where the infraction occurred for information purposes.

As per OSA Policy 8.1.2 the accused may request the Misconduct Report(s) up to 30 minutes prior to their hearing.

TRIAL RUN on Electronic Game Sheet Submissions

Electronic Game Sheet submissions is on a TRIAL RUN for Indoor 2014-15 . It will be reassessed based on the referees quality of these submissions. To electronically submit these game sheets please see the email and directions below:
The email subject line MUST  identify;
  • The League
  • Game Number
  • Referee's Name
to be considered submitted.

  • All documents must be attached
  • Images of game sheets will NOT be accepted.

Congratulations to West Grey Boys U14 on a undefeated season!

West Grey U14 boys soccer team has capped off an undefeated season by finishing first overall for the league title and then winning the year end championship tournament! In a very competitive 12 team league, the West Grey team went a perfect 12-0.

Grand Opening of Thunder Field in Shelburne

The Grand Opening of Thunder Field took place on Saturday September 20th

The field has FIFA grass and will be one of the largest in the District at 110 yards long and 75 yards wide.
