Active Membership -
This is notice that SWRSA's AGM is to be held on Saturday November 1st 2014.

Location - Heritage Room at
The Waterloo Inn Conference Hotel: 475 King St N, Waterloo, ON N2J 2Z5

Time 9:00AM - Registration   /    10:00AM to 1:30PM - Annual General Meeting

The submission of amendments to SWRSA's By-Laws must follow Article 8 - 8.1.2 as follows:

8.1.2 All proposed amendments to the By-Laws shall be forwarded in writing to the District Association no later than thirty (30) days prior to the Annual General Meeting.

Active Member Delegate - Each active member must accredit one delegate in writing to SWRSA prior to the AGM or at registration. On behalf of the active member only the delegate may cast votes and speak.

Member Proxy - As per Article 13-13.2.1 #5 a Member proxy from one active member to another member must be recorded at the District Office at least four days prior to any Annual General Meeting. A SWRSA Proxy Form must be used.

Membership Renewal - As per Rule 1.16 members must renew membership on a form provided by the district association prior to the AGM. Required documents for submission and payment ($55.00) are identified on such form. A late fee of $100.00 will be charged to clubs that fail to renew membership prior to the AGM.

AGM Regrets - Clubs that will not be attending the AGM must provide SWRSA with regrets at least four days prior to the AGM. Regrets are to be identified on the Membership Renewal Form.

Please be reminded that the deadline for registering the first 7 Senior Indoor players is Friday, October 3rd 2014.

SWRSA publishes the information of all parties required to attend regularly scheduled discipline hearings along with the rights of the accused. The primary method of notification is provided on this website. A courtesy letter / email will also be issued to the club and league where the infraction occurred for information purposes.

As per OSA Policy 8.1.2 the accused may request the Misconduct Report(s) up to 30 minutes prior to their hearing.

Congratulations to West Grey Boys U14 on a undefeated season!

West Grey U14 boys soccer team has capped off an undefeated season by finishing first overall for the league title and then winning the year end championship tournament! In a very competitive 12 team league, the West Grey team went a perfect 12-0.

Grand Opening of Thunder Field in Shelburne

The Grand Opening of Thunder Field took place on Saturday September 20th

The field has FIFA grass and will be one of the largest in the District at 110 yards long and 75 yards wide.
