Game Report Submission Process

Electronic Game Sheet submissions will be permitted for the Outdoor 2015 season. To email game sheets and reports, please follow the directions below:

Email to: gamereports@swrsa.ca

To be considered accepted the email submission must include:

A. Subject Line containing:

- League Name
- Game Number
- Referee's Name

B. Game Sheets and Reports

- Attached Scanned PDF's only !

Images of game sheets will NOT be accepted.

Please note there are Free Apps available to allow you complete this process from your phone.

ATTENTION REFEREES: List of SANCTIONED LEAGUES in SWRSA

Referees found to be officiating unsanctioned games will be charged accordingly under OSA discipline policy 4.58. For further details outlining risks of officiating unsanctioned games can be found on the South West Soccer Referees' Association in the article titled UNSANCTIONED GAMES.

Effective Immediately Syed Mohammed Memorial Futsal Club (SMMFC) is no longer sanctioned by SWRSA / OSA. SMMFC also operates under the title of KW City Soccer.

Canada Day Closure

This is just a reminder that the SWRSA / District League Office will be closed on Wednesday, July 1st, 2015 for Canada Day.  We will resume regular business hours and open at 10am on Thursday, July 2nd.

KW United FC wins second straight Umbro Cup

K-W United FC defeated rivals Forest City London for the two game aggregate trophy. Following a 3-0 win Wednesday evening at University Stadium in Waterloo, United strolled into London Saturday and tacked on two more goals to win the Cup on a 5-0 aggregate score.

Waterloo United U14A Boys win the Provincial Indoor Soccer League Championship

Congratulations to the Waterloo United U14A Boys who defeated the Brampton Blast by a score of 2-1 in the Championship game of the Provincial Indoor Soccer League on May 2nd.

DRC to Provide E2E Training and Solutions

SWRSA's DRC (Laszlo Sarkany) is making himself available to SWRSA Membership to assist those in need of E2E training or experiencing any E2E issues. Laszlo will be available on the following dates from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at the SWRSA Office.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING DISCIPLINE PROCEDURES

SWRSA publishes the information of all parties required to attend regularly scheduled discipline hearings along with the rights of the accused. The primary method of notification is provided on this website. A courtesy letter / email will also be issued to the club and league where the infraction occurred for information purposes. 

As per OSA Policy 8.1.2 the accused may request the Misconduct Report(s) up to 30 minutes prior to their hearing.
