Mission Statement
To Provide an opportunity for any person to play organized soccer at recreational and competitive levels and to assist participants in reaching their potential through the provisions of programs for developing players, coaches, referees and administrators in the province of Ontario.
The Ontario Soccer Association through its district representative, the South-West Regional Soccer Association strives to......
- Promote, develop and govern the game of soccer, both indoor and outdoor;
- Provide play for all ages and both sexes;
- Implement and promote leadership clinics for players, coaches, referees, trainers and administrators;
- Appoint, or delegate the appointment of referees for all games approved by the district;
- Approve, monitor and promote all tournaments within the district;
- The Ontario Soccer Association through Sports-Can insurance consultants insures members in good standing with a comprehensive general liability policy plus a sports accident package.
- Members in good standing are eligible to vote and take part at the annual general meeting of the district;
- On a regular basis, bakes available a club directory, sanctioned tournament listing, special sports reports, updated clinic listing, discipline summary and any other information which is of benefit to clubs, leagues and association members.

AIMS Update
AIMS is now operational for registering 2009-10 Indoor players and obtaining rosters for teams. The tech Team is currently working to make operational a club registration report to validate data input.

Notice of 2010 SWRSA Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Date: Saturday, November 13, 2010
Venue: Waterloo Inn and Conference Centre
Time: Registration: 9:00 a.m. Meeting: 10:00 a.m.
If your club will not be sending a representative, please send regrets 4 days prior to the AGM to avoid a non attendance fine equal to the membership fee.WRSA's Membership Fee of $55 is due November 12 or can be paid at the Annual General Meeting. Should your club pay its membership fee and not provide regrets and not attend the AGM, a fine equal to the membership fee will be applied that must be paid before player registration. Invoices are not sent.
Note: A Late Penalty of $100 will be charged for any membership payment received after November 13. This Penalty is in addition to the membership fee and any fine levied for non attendance/non regrets (where applicable)
Discipline
Indoor Season: once monthly. Please refer to your Hearing Schedule included in Registration Packages.
Time: Registration from 6:00 p.m. Hearings begin at 7:00pm. Please call ahead if you will arrive later than 8:00pm. Panel will not stay later than 8:00pm if no one shows up.
If you are coming in late (after 8pm) for a Hearing, please call ahead to ensure the Panel knows you will be attending.
If minimal cases are scheduled and completed before 9:00pm and no scheduled cases call to confirm that he/she will be late, Panelists do not stay until 9:00pm.
