Thank you to member organizations that submitted nominees to fill the available positions for the upcoming 2024-2025 elections.

The following nominations were received and accepted:

President (2 Year Term) - Jeff Hughes
Director-at-Large (2 Year Term) - Laszlo Sarkany
Director-at-Large (2 Year Term) - Open
Director-at-Large (2 Year Term) - Open
Director-at-Large (1 Year Term) - Open

Nominations will be accepted from the floor on December 4th at the AMM for Open positions.

At Southwest Soccer's upcoming 2024 Annual Members Meeting the President and three Directors-at-Large  positions are up for election.  Per Southwest Soccer's Constitution:

17.2.1 Nominations shall be forwarded, with the nominees signed consent, on a provided form to the District Association no later than thirty (30) days prior to the Annual General Meeting.

Please submit on the provided form to gm@swrsa.ca no later than November 4th 2024.

17.2.2 Received nominations shall be posted on the District website not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the Annual General Meeting.

17.2.3 Nominations from the floor will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
1. No valid nominations were received by the District Association.
2. All received valid nominations are withdrawn.
